Welcome to resource with Mrs. Salas!

Hello! This is my fifth year teaching, and my third year in the Belleville school district. I started my teaching career as a Language and Learning Disabilities teacher K-2 in Emerson, NJ. I then switched over to Belleville and worked at Hornblower as a preschool teacher. I have always wanted to be a resource room teacher and am excited to finally be doing it. 

I have a strong passion for making academics accessible to all students, regardless of their learning styles. I enjoy making learning a fun process by using review games as much as possible.

In my free time I love to go on walks with my dog Chico. As well as, work out and try new food with my husband Jeremy.

I am eager to work with my students and to help them realize their potential!! Here's to a great school year. :)
